Shipping

$6.95 Flat rate on all orders or Free Shipping on orders over $50. $15.00 Shipping on all orders to Australia, more countries coming soon.

Packages are shipped via USPS and will include a tracking number that you will receive by email.

Items are Made To Order, decanted and mixed after your order is placed, to keep things fresh. Orders may take 5-10 days to ship.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on all orders from New York only.

Returns & Exchanges

SGFO provides store credit or exchanges. Email Sabrina at sgfragranceoils@gmail.com for details.

Backorders

You may see a backordered item on your invoice. This happens when you have placed an order, paid for it, and we find that it is temporarily unavailable, but will be back in stock shortly. SGFO is a small shop run by just me! sometimes your order may fall in the middle of a restock week. As soon as I have it in stock, I'll ship it out, usually within 1 week.
